Very professional service good skill

All good and smooth. I'd recommend Eddie

Eddie was a professional and friendly agent to deal with throughout the whole sale process. He had a strong market knowledge, kept us well informed of any updates and was always available to assist with our questions. Our place sold within 2 weeks!

Eddy has worked very hard and skilfully in a difficult market to deliver a good price for my home. Brett O'Maley

Very good agent as expected.

Eddie was responsive and very helpful during our numerous inspection and subsequent purchase. He is willing to help in our various requests along the way. I will recommend him to any one looking for a place.

Thank you very much for organising the sale of Ingrid's home. I feel the price achieved was very good , all things considered. This realistic sale price was achieved because of the way the auction went and critically because of the reserve vendor's bid which you had set. I was also very impressed with the way in which you kept me informed about open-inspection attendees and their feedback as well as details of relevant emails that you had received. I feel your marketing approach was excellent as demonstrated by the very good sale's brochure and the on-line video leading to an enormous interest with many attendees at inspection times. I wish you all the best for your future.

Eddie has been super friendly and very helpful and understanding. He has been very open and honest with us and has also been very accommodating.

Eddie has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He eases the whole buying process and provides the unbias professional suggestions. I'd recommend him to anyone who is going to buy/sell a property in upper north shore @ Sydney.

Very helpful and detailed agent, expert in apartment selling!

Eddie was excellent in selling the property. In the situation of market down, he put great efforts in selling the property. He opened the property every day starting from the week prior to 2 weeks of Christmas holidays 2017. Finally a buyer liked it and purchased it. I will recommend Eddie Yiu for future property sales to my friends. Kind Regards Jake

I was first home buyer. Eddie was excellent agent when i had a problem.
