Eddie has a great understanding of the local realestate market. He did not just try to sell you something. Instead he provided his practical view why the property I'm buying is worth the price. Surely all agents represent vendors' interest. But in this case, I should say Eddie treated me as a buyer with full dignity and respect. Some agents are very difficult to reach and whenever you talk to them, the conversation ends up very very pushy. Neither applies to Eddie.
