I would like to recommend Eddie Yu from Ray White Real Estate, Hornsby. Eddie has a thorough market knowledge and is a very experienced real estate agent. He both sold my home and assisted me in a purchase of my new property. The procedure was stress-free and surprisingly easy. Thank you, Eddie.
he really cares us a lot and appreciate that he did lots of effort regarding communication between seller and us. I will definitely recommend my friends to buy property from Eddie. Thanks again to Eddie.
Eddie was very professional and prompt in all communications. He was available when needed and made the process a breeze!
Eddie has a great understanding of the local realestate market. He did not just try to sell you something. Instead he provided his practical view why the property I'm buying is worth the price. Surely all agents represent vendors' interest. But in this case, I should say Eddie treated me as a buyer with full dignity and respect. Some agents are very difficult to reach and whenever you talk to them, the conversation ends up very very pushy. Neither applies to Eddie. He was quite flexible and accountable when I tried to make appoints for finance and renovation purposes. Choosing a selling agent is NOT an easy job. I truly recommend him to anyone who tries to sell properties at Upper North Shore. After all, only when the buyers are well treated would they come up with a good price.
Good service and professional advice .We are very satisfied with the sold price.
It was a pleasure to have Eddie managing the sale of our long-held family home. His excellent local knowledge and well-considered advice helped us achieve a great result, and the Ray White team on the auction day were terrific. I could not have hoped for a better agent. Thanks Eddie!
Eddie was very helpful through the process of my purchase of a Waitara property. Eddie is very efficient and would get back to your messages very promptly. It was a very pleasant deal with Eddie .
