Eddie has a great understanding of the local realestate market. He did not just try to sell you something. Instead he provided his practical view why the property I'm buying is worth the price. Surely all agents represent vendors' interest. But in this case, I should say Eddie treated me as a buyer with full dignity and respect. Some agents are very difficult to reach and whenever you talk to them, the conversation ends up very very pushy. Neither applies to Eddie. He was quite flexible and accountable when I tried to make appoints for finance and renovation purposes. Choosing a selling agent is NOT an easy job. I truly recommend him to anyone who tries to sell properties at Upper North Shore. After all, only when the buyers are well treated would they come up with a good price.
