Eddy helped my family work out a property issue over 10 years ago - for free. I never forgot this selfless gesture and asked him to help sell our home where my family has grown up over the last 25 years. Eddy's approach to this big event was to take time to work out what both me and my wife were after from the sale and to calmly answer every question we had in a way that provided options and time to decide the best approach for us. This was time consuming for Eddy who has a very busy business! Eddy bends over backwards to be authentic as your agent and to counter the reputation of real estate agents are transactional or in it for themselves. He gives you his view (which really helped me) but also listens and incorporates your view to make sure everyone is on board. In a very fast moving process, he slows things down to make sure this is right so it can then go forward a lightspeed. In the backend, his team (Jess and Lachie) work to make things happen instantly and - for us - it resulted in a record selling price for the street that happened 1 day after it went on off market for inspection.
