We came down from Qld to sell our property (a deceased estate) that had not had any renovations or maintenance for 30 years. We were nervous about selling with interest rate rises & finding tradies to bring the place upto scratch, so we allowed two months to renovate & bring the place upto sellable state. Eddie was recommended by our solicitor. Previously, not having much faith in real estate or lawyers, I was sceptical. Eddie's office was a few suburbs away & met with a local estate agent first, quite conservative but very knowledgeable on the local market, with great advice. Eddie came in fresh, positive & a great listener, didn't feel like I was being lectured but jointly creating a strategy to save time, money in getting the property for sale. He out serviced the local agent by a long way. The difference between the two agents was the first guy was telling me what would be needed to maximise the sale of the property,... Eddie told me what needed to be done & then offered the services of his regular tradies, that prioritise work he brings to them & I was amazed they could start everything in a few days time Having Leukemia, & at times low energy, I was very stressed at the thought of this project. Eddie his team gave me so much confidence that it was all OK & they would take care of getting this property to market, i went back to my Qld home after 3 days instead of spending my scheduled 2 months down here. Eddie has a high, calm energy & great communication style & team that got everything done on schedule. We had the place painted right through, all lighting/power points pulled out replaced, garden work, handyman repairs, styled, photographed, uploaded to the web & ended up selling a day before the first open for inspection, to one of Eddies data base clients, at a price we were very happy with that also, was fair value for the purchaser.
