We sold our long term family home just on 6 months ago so as to down-size. Little did we know at the time that it would take considerable time to achieve this end. Eddy was extremely professional, but very friendly and likeable at the same time. I got the impression that he cuts to the chase and "tells" it as it is. Eddy gets the message across without being overly pushy but certainly giving you enough "food" for thought that makes you want to move forward quickly in order not to miss out. Eddy was approachable and I although I am reluctant to feel I can trust agents (sorry to say) I got the impression and although Eddy has to get his job done he is trustworthy and not playing games. Maybe I am not totally objective as we got the house we wanted, but I would highly recommend him.

Eddy and Jesse from Clarke and Humel have made purchasing my first home a much better experience than expected and to be able to have got the place was wonderful especially in today's crazy market. They showed respect throughout the whole process and were professional and helpful.
