We recently engaged Ed Brown to sell our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Rose Bay. We had been looking to purchase a new property for many months and had therefore met a range of the local Eastern Suburbs agents, most of which expressed a keen interest to sell our apartment. We selected a handful of agents to interview in relation to our potential sale. After several months of meeting with agents and deciding who was the best fit to sell our apartment, it became an easy choice to select Ed. This was for a number of reasons including: We felt like Ed generally cared about the process and the outcome we achieved. He got to know us as a family, our individual needs and particular circumstances in selling our property. Ed was firm but fair in his dealings and a strong negotiator right down to the end. Ed’s advice and strategy was well thought out and he didn’t simply take a cookie cutter approach to the sale, despite our property being a fairly standard apartment for the area. He recognised the strengths of our apartment, knew the market well, understood our individual circumstances and tailored an appropriate strategy - either on or off market that we felt confident in. The service from Ed’s team from the start of the process, being even before we had engaged him was impressive. His support staff were incredibly organised, he provided tailored information in relation to the sale immediately and was able to arrange assistance with any part of the sale process we required from removalists to tradesmen recommendations. Last, Ed felt like someone we could really trust and be honest with throughout the process, which is not something we felt from all agents we interviewed. We didn’t feel like he was pushing us into a sale for the sake of getting the deal done and instead encouraged us to be firm in negotiations to achieve the best sale price. We can’t thank Ed enough for the positive experience and amazing financial result achieved in the sale of our apartment.

Professionalism and Excellent Strategy

I've been impressed with Ed’s professionalism and knowledge of the eastern suburbs market. Belle prepared an excellent strategy to sell my 2 bedroom unit in Bondi. Ed exceeded my expectations and was able to deliver a strong result. My property has over 100 enquires and sold pre auction within a couple of weeks. Open and honest communication style

My husband and I have known Ed for the last 8 or 9 years. He has now sold 2 properties for us achieving fantastic results, with the most recent sale being just this week. Ed has also supported us in our most recent home search, taking the time to view a number of properties with us and providing advice. Ed's approach of building a long standing relationship with us and his open and honest communication style is what we have valued the most in our dealings with him. He has an intimate knowledge of the area and a far reaching network across the active and passive property market. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
