Ed’s knowledge of the market is extraordinary, he can recount any sale figure off the top of his head and is thoroughly across comparative sales in the area. I had a selling price in mind which my closest advisors thought was almost impossible to achieve, however, Ed exceeded this number by almost $100k. He was able to read the market and had quickly developed relationships with the most interested buyers, so he knew the perfect time to sell. Ed is also a great communicator. She also has a great relationship with all of her suppliers, so they are extremely loyal to her, which results in a near-perfect outcome, in terms of the trades work being undertaken.
