And it didn't end there: Ed and his excellent staff have, since we signed the contract, gone to endless trouble to assist with the move and make the transition as smooth as possible. It was good to find an agent who was relatively upfront. Whilst I. The end we paid well over guide we were under no illusions from the get go that the vendor was looking for more than that. Ed was quick to respond and really helped us navigate through the purchase of our first place.
