Ed worked really hard to get our business in the first instance, but more impressive was watching him take his efforts to the next level once we actually put our place on the market. He (and his team) worked tirelessly through the entire process, from getting our place ready for sale (in very quick time) to negotiating an exceptional result during a difficult period (Winter with the Sydney market turning). He really showed his expertise across all facets of the process including market knowledge, local knowledge, strategy (which was key), marketing, negotiation, communication (with us and prospective buyers) etc. But most impressive was his ability to mange us as 'very nervous, inexperienced vendors'. He managed to lead us through the process, listen to all our questions and suggestions, and keep our anxiety levels to a dull roar while always keeping us updated at every juncture (He also made sure we all had a good laugh when we needed to as well.). We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell.
