Even though our vendor had stated they would organise a clean prior to settlement, this not eventuate but Ed ended up organising a cleaner last minute to do a brief wipe down of the property, which was very kind of him given how beyond the scope of his service that was. Edward was very professional in the way he managed the sale of our apartment. He was honest, communicative with excellent advice when required and was supported well by his colleagues.
