We had been thinking of selling for quite a while and had built up over time a good relationship with Edward by just seeing him and chatting to him around the neighbourhood. We were really impressed with his knowledge of not only the market (as this is expected), but his level of intelligence on active buyers with specific requirements in the market. Ed not only went the extra mile to get the deal done, he even had an Uber attend our solicitors offices to courier contracts, he personally spent hours in Waverley Council obtaining Occupation Certificates for us and he fought for every last dollar in the negotiation. It is true that the last $20k or $30K in a sale makes little difference to an agency commission, but makes every difference to a vendor. Ed has an innate understanding of this and the importance of going the extra mile for his clients. Edward came highly recommended to us and we have absolutely no hesitations in recommending him to other potential vendors.
