The appraisal and listing appointment was informative but concise. He oozed area and market knowledge along with recommending a sales and marketing strategy that suited us and our home. Edward was extremely professional He gave us a very accurate price range for our house not the stupid underquoting of some other agents He achived a price a bit over the quoted figure and the settlement terms that we wanted.
