Biggin and Scott has two assets in Edward Hobbs and Tabitha Robb who successfully sold two properties for us. We did share some differences of opinion, however my wife and I would like to offer credit where credit is due. One of our properties was sold after sale, the other was sold under the hammer in a spirited Auction that achieved $1,000,000.00. Throughout the end to end selling process Edward was transparent, realistic about the market and always kept me informed. During open for inspection updates were regular and accurate so that on auction day everything went 'exactly to plan'. Edward was through in explaining to me exactly how he planned to run the campaign and the auction so as a newbie to the real estate game i always knew what was going on. Edward did a fantastic communicating before the auction and getting the right price, which is the most important thing! A+ for that! That said, there were a couple of things that his assistants did that were incredibly frustrating. The original advert said nothing of the fact that the property was completely renovated -- an key selling point. Also, once the sale had gone through, there were a two details and miscommunication that were very inconvenient: Delayed of the early release of deposit form and a locked door that was explicitly meant to remain unlocked so tradies could move things prior to settlement. Edward himself had great updates throughout the showing process that gave us confidence and detail, ran and controlled the auction successfully, and was always reachable.
