Great result beyond expectations, but I also had a wonderful time working with the combined talents of this team during what's supposed to be a fairly traumatic period. And when adverse events threatened eg Council notice, neighbour's planning application, these were handled with skill, tact and knowledge born of experience. Plenty of meaningful feedback during the campaign and extensive tracking and follow-up of interested buyers. Edward is always up to speed, even on the little things, the one percenters. Ed did a fantastic job selling our house. He's in constant contact. He tells you like it is but also backs himself to deliver the result you are after. Our sale did not go smoothly, as we had no bids on auction day, but Ed was clear on all the options for us to proceed and, once we made our choice, he made it happen very quickly.
