Edward is a real people person. He was very thoughtful and personable. Great with both buyer and us a s sellers. His knowledge and understanding about the real estate game was both helpful and reassuring.

Edward made the purchase of our home relatively easy. He was open and honest and didn't try to hide anything. He always followed up queries that we had. He is a friendly guy and easy to talk to.

Edward did a fantastic job selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble. He was available at all times (even on his days off) and went above and beyond his job description frequently. He organised tradies, got quotes and managed the whole process from beginning to end (especially important for me as I had moved into a different city). His communication skills were fantastic so we always knew how everything was going and which buyers were interested etc. Our property was probably a bit tricky to sell since it needed some repairs however it was under contract within about 6 weeks of listing. Would definitely use Edward to sell a property again!!

The first point I will make is that in my dealings with Edward, he represented the vendors not me as the purchaser, and that is an important distinction to make. I sought to deal with Edward in a professional way, but within my own personal guidelines always respecting this distinction. Hence it is not my place to rate Edward on his negotiation skill; that's for the vendors. However with respect to his scope of representing the vendors, my dealings with Edward were pleasant and professional, he was attentive and available, and reacted positively to my requests. Our recent sell was a bit stressful as we had purchased land to build a new home, and were concerned regarding the timing for selling 1032 Bunya Rd. Because its a semi rural area we knew it would take a bit longer. Edward represented the sellers when we bought the home over 6 years ago, and we found him in our purchase to be reliable, open, honest and credible. So we thought, why not go back to him? Well, we are glad we did. He was just as helpful as he was when we bought and helped us through the process every step of the way, from discussing improvements we might do, how to present the home, and as well as providing all the expected services of marketing and open houses etc. He is knowledgeable of the Samford Valley area and we had good interest in the home. During the process I know he was well received by the buyers, and for all the same reasons we selected him. I cant say enough good things, but we were very satisfied with the results.

Edward was a pleasure to work with during our purchase. He was extremely responsive and helpful and went out of his way to assist us with access and any queries we had along the way. Edward made a very stressful journey less stressful.

We were very pleased with the way Edward managed the sale of our property. On his first visit he spent a considerable amount of time examining the house and the gardens. The sale was an emotional time for us having built the house and having lived there fo over 40 years. Edward was very understanding of our situation and provided great emotional support to us, which was greatly appreciated. We also appreciated how willingly Edward kept us up to date on the various stages of the sale as we always felt fully informed on how the settlement was progressing.
