Mr Singleton managed the sale of our property quickly and was sensitive to my feelings. I have no basis on which to rate his market knowledge. The buyer offered more than the price Mr Singleton recommended, but I don't know the reason why the buyer considered the property desirable or why Mr Singleton recommended that price. Mr Singleton seemed like a good person.
