We purchased the property originally through Edward Thomas and then entrusted the property to them to manage as a rental property for several years prior to our decision to diversify our portfolio and sell the property with Edward as the auctioneer. From our first meeting with Edward and his team my impression and experiences have shown the entire team to be honest, knowledgable and professional in every aspect of their business. I would also like to note that over this four year period I have consistently had the same people managing the property.
