Before I sold my property, I told this agent many times that after selling, he absolutely must not disclose my selling price to the public in any way, including on any web pages or channels accessible to the public. This was due to personal reasons. However, not long after my apartment was sold, I discovered that the sold price had been exposed to the outside world e.g. on his company's webpage, domain and realestate.com.au His behavior made me, as a seller who paid full commission (which is already a lot higher than other local real estate agency) feel completely disrespected. This proves that this agent is completely untrustworthy. Perhaps it's because he was too young, lacked experience in selling properties, or he simply wasn't focused on handling my sale. When I found out my selling price was displayed on their company's webpage and other websites, I felt very bad and deeply saddened that the promise between myself and the agent had been betrayed. The agency collected the commission but acted improperly. This is very unfair to a seller. I complained this matter to his boss, Robert. knowing that such a company would surely cover for its employees. After all, the commission was already in hand, achieving their main objective. Whether the client is happy or not is certainly not important. His boss replied me that it was due to a problem with the company's computer system and not the agent's fault. However, when I checked sold properties on their company's webpage, some property prices were hidden, which proves it wasn't a company system issue. Unfortunately, this page only allow me to write max. 2000 words, even though there are other things that I wanna complain about Edwin Wu via this webpage. In a nutshell, readers should find agents who are more trustworthy &reliable and should choose more popular real estate company!
