I highly recommend Remax and the Hunt sisters. They have managed my investment property for 6 years. During this time they negotiated annual rental reviews, attended to maintenance requirements and inspections. Finally they handled the sale of my property. They organised all the staging for photo shots. Organised a conveyancing firm to handle property transfer etc. There operational systems are excellent and are ideal for investors who prefer to work online. They deserve a 5 star score.
