This is what we got from our previous agent...the fast sell, after all we were investors that needed the $$ Quote "We have received alot of interest and the feedback is always around the backyard. We have been selling the benefits of the various options that buyers could use this space for, but the reality is, if buyers are not confident, they will not be interested to make an offer." "...However, when we compare your property to others (in the street) , it is quite evident there are a more desirable property with a more family friendly garden." So we left and 4 days later got a record street price. Not once did we get "leave a message" when we rang. All communications were A1. They definitely work for the seller, not the buyer.
