Eitan acted for my grandmother. He appeared to have extremely good and reliable Market knowledge. I felt that at all times he had my grandmothers best interest at heart and obtained a solid price with her semi going to a nice family . He seems well regarded in his area and he acted with integrity throughout the process.
Couldn't recommend Eitan highly enough. He was proactive, hard working and very knowledgable. His communication from start to finish was top notch.
It was a pleasure working with Eitan and Melissa. Being very professional and knowledgeable about both the market and the area, they made the sale of my house a stress-free process. The marketing campaign was outstanding and my open house inspections brought a huge influx of prospective buyers. My expectations were exceeded and I was more than happy with the result I got. The service they provide is very personal, it's obvious they care about their clients. Reliable, honest, dedicated and efficient, I have no hesitation in recommending Eitan and Melissa to look after your property.
When deciding to sell our house, we spoke with many agents and sought out recommendations from as many places as we could. An incredible number of recommendations came to us for Eitan and Melissa. After meeting with Eitan, we felt we could trust him and that he would do an acceptable job for us. After working with both him and Melissa on this sale, I now add our voice to the long list of people who strongly recommend them. I will never use another agent when buying or selling a property in the future. Their level of service is outstanding. Buying and selling a property can be a stressful event and Eitan walked us through this seamlessness. He worked incredibly hard for us and kept us updated with any developments and activities multiple times each day. Both he and Melissa went above and beyond to the best job they could for us. This effort showed in the outcome as they were able to secure a price for our home that far exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend Eitan and Melissa highly enough.
Eitan and his team were unbelievable to work with. We were overseas for the entire sale. Eitan negotiated a top price and managed the tenants who were renting. Settlement was smooth and easy. Complete comfort! Total trust! Thank you Eitan.
I have already emailed both Eitan and Melissa and their boss to express to them how very pleased we were in their support for us in the selling of 2 units and the purchasing of our new home. Both Eitan and Melissa were wonderful! They were professional, honest and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening and how things were going. At one stage I was getting frustrated and worried but Melissa explained things to me, did a real "therapy" session with me - and it was great! She assured me that everything was going well and both Eitan and herself were doing all possible to support us. And they did !! a wonderful outcome all round and we are forever grateful (I heard that it is Grateful Day today - 21 September - so it is very pertinent that I write this on behalf of myself and my daughter in law. Best wishes from Lyn and Bronwyn Hickman.
From our very first meeting we knew they were the right agents to sell our home. Both Eitan and Melissa were highly professional, incredibly hard working, personable, knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. We highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home.
Thank you Eitan and Melissa for your hard work. You pushed us where needed and pushed the sale to be done at the right time and right price. Thank you for being a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend your services to others.
Eitan was a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process simple and quick with no reservations. Highly reccommened agent.
Eitan will work hard for you. He is invested and focused. He and Mel are a great team, both very positive, respectful, intelligent people. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to you.
We found Eitan to be a professional real estate agent of great integrity; who works hard to help us made the right decision to sell our house. We are grateful for his excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend him.
As a busy person I wanted an agent who was honest, efficient and would run a professional campaign with minimum stress to me. Eitan ticked all these boxes and performed above expectations.
