After a gruelling process with another Real Estate agent, we commissioned Eitan and Melissa. I cannot begin to tell you how Amazing , Professional, Accomodating this team is. I felt they had my back all that way, something that you don’t get with other estate agents. Eitan, is so professional, he worked wonders... I would recommend both of them to anyone, if you are selling. Thank you 🙏 both for everything you have done for my husband and me It was a pleasure dealing with you both THANK YOU 😊 Sylvana

Eitan is professional, approachable, upfront, honest and really knows his business. He managed to sell our property in a downturn market for 7% more than the advertised price. It was a long sale and after 8 months on the market, taking over from another sales agency, he still managed to generate interest and handle potential buyers expectations to get us the best price possible. He also dealt with difficult tenants in a professional way which made inspections that much easier for all parties. Eitans no-nonsense style and ability to entice buyers, negotiate, and create a sense of urgency was the icing on the cake for us. Through difficult times he never gave up on selling our house. He really is the best agent we have come across in the last 30 years of buying and selling houses.

Eitan and Melissa are extremely experienced professionals. Importantly they are open, transparent and communicate very well. They delivered on all their commitments - if they say they are going to do something, they do it. In a tough market, with negative press and tighter banking regulations, they still ensured we received the best deal possible.

We were over the moon with the services Eitan and his associate Melissa provided for us in a difficult market. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Eitan highly enough. He made the whole experience of selling my apartment which I was dreading a really smooth and stress free time. The timetable was short and sharp and in the end he and his team delivered the result many thanks

Eitan Rubenstein and Melissa McCormack did an excellent job in marketing and negotiating the sale of our house in difficult sales conditions with a sharp and sudden downturn in the Sydney market. We would have no hesitation in recommended their service to anyone selling their property in Maroubra.

Eitan was a fantastic Agent to partner with in the sale of our home. His patience, strong interpersonal skills, frequent availability and consideration for our home and situation turned a typically stressful experience into one that was seamless and rewarding. We felt suppported every step of the way, by him and his team, and are very happy with the results achieved. Eitan and Mellissa were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Eitan as an agent whom you should choose to partner with in the sale of your home.

Eitan has proven to be a trusted advisor and I can't speak highly enough of him and his team. He knows the market and was a great counsel to me before buying property, and deciding to sell, then during the sale process. I trust his judgment and knew I could rely on him to provide objective feedback and help with decisions. This is hard to find and I would always recommend Eitan and Melissa for both buying and selling properties. Their service is outstanding and was above and beyond my expectations! I can't thank them enough for such a professional and smooth / easy process.

After being extremely disappointed by agents in the past Eitan was recommended to us by a family member. I have found Eitan, and Melissa, to be the most professional, honest and trustworthy agents to deal with. Eitan’s commitment to explaining the process and delivering on every promise is outstanding. Eitan and Melissa make a brilliant team and work tirelessly to give you every opportunity to get the result you are seeking. I would, and have, recommend Eitan and Melissa to anyone who is interested in sell or buying a property.

We engaged Eitan’s services after another agent failed to sell our house at auction. Eitan was absolutely excellent and sold our house in nine days. The level of service Eitan provided exceeded our expectations. We recommend him very highly.

We sold our house in Maroubra through Eitan. He was most professional and helpful in all aspects of the sale ... advised us on styling and put us in touch with a styling service, arranged a painter and a handyman to carry out some repairs. More importantly, he encouraged us to pursue a higher price than we were prepared to accept prior to auction. In the event, we realised $150K more than we might have if we'd accepted the earlier offer.

Eitan and Melissa were honest, reliable and professional. They sold our place for a great price with minimal stress. We would highly recommend them to sell your property’. Lesley Lovell JP NSW 168998
