Providing support to Director Sam Abbas, EJ Joseph cares deeply about the Rockdale area and its people, having grown up locally and lived here for the majority of his life. He loves the feeling of connecting buyers with a house they can turn into a home for their family, and being a proud resident makes every deal just a little sweeter knowing he’s working for his own community. He aspires to be known as the people’s agent – someone that clients can trust to look after, educate and guide them through the sale or purchase process. A former Government engineer who’s also worked within the finance space, EJ’s career history proved to be the perfect foundation for his move into real estate in 2022, where he has enjoyed experience in both property management and sales. Working all over Sydney has given him an inside perspective on what people need out of their agent. A professional with a quest for constant learning and growth, EJ has a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, along with being a qualified Auctioneer and Buyers Agent. He thrives on the camaraderie at Stone Real Estate Rockdale, where everyone is quick to offer a helping hand and is as passionate about the community as he is.

My dealing with EJ

We worked with EJ in securing a great family home. EJ was fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the property, as well as being up to date with all the other properties in the area. He was honest, polite and very courteous.
