We've dealt mainly with Michael, who is part of Ela's team. Initially when viewing the unit, we werent interested mainly because of it being 3 storeys. We preferred another in the same complex which was 2 floors only. Funny how things worked out, Michael managed to convince us to have a second viewing, consider all options carefully. Sure, there were a few compromises to make. What made it spicier was that we've seen another 3 storey 3 bed option on the other side of Underwood Marketplace on offer by Raine & Horne - what a stark contrast in service and simple things like sharing information! Turns out the agents there already had an offer on that unit but were playing us. Either way, the one we landed up buying from Ray White was far superior (& bigger) in every way! No games, just straight honest, good service. Plus to sweeten the deal, the Ray White Rochedale owner advised us on pricing & putting forward an offer - Ela did the rest! She helped convince the seller to accept our offer put forth, which was a smidgen below asking price. We enjoyed working with every one of the Ray White team, and have developed a friendship with Michael in the process - good guy! Thanks team Ela @ Ray White!
