Great professional service thanks

Ela is a fantastic real estate agent who recently help us to sell our investment property. She provided us the most updated market trend and professional advice to assist us to make decision. We highly recommend Ela to be your property selling agent.

What I really appreciated was being able to have a private viewing of the property on two occasions, unlike some other agencies who would only allow me to come to an open house. Whenever I needed information or assistance they were always available.

Ela was easy to work with. With her knowledge of townhouses, she provided us great advice on what selling point we should be working towards and what minor changes were needed in preparing the property to go on the market. The result was so much more than we expected. Property sold much more then we aimed for. If you want to sell your townhouse, you only need to google one name, Ela Milne.

As I'm not living in Brisbane, Ela has helped me for all the renovation and give me all the suggestion to sell this property, the selling ended up with a very good result especially when the marketing is going down with the rise of the interests. Ela is really a person whom you can trust with 100%, she is been very honest with me and give you all the help you need to sell you property.

Our first experience with Ela and her team was in 2019 when we purchased our townhouse through her and 3 years later, we chose Ela to sell the very same townhouse we bought from her. Ela and her team are down to earth and approachable which made the stresses of selling a house a lot easier. Their easy going attitude made us feel comfortable to ask any questions we had and they communicated with us every step of the way through the whole sale process from start to finish. Ela and her team have met our expectations with the sale of our townhouse in Eight Mile Plains and we would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to sell in the area.

Ela is very experienced and knowledgeable in the property market. Her advice on how to sell my property helped add value to the sale. She managed the entire process for me and took the stress of selling away for me. The advertisement and marketing was also top notch. Ela kept me up to date throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend her as your property advisor and agent. Looking forward to working with Ela on my next property.
