Ela is The Professional Real Estate Agent. We choose Ela from a number of Real Estate Agents as she had previously won Agent of the Year. We were extremely happy we did. Our property needed a facelift...Ela arranged and coordinated the tradesmen, seamlessly facilitating the renovating process. This was a blessing as we are 6hrs away. She was an absolute gem to communicate with. Ela proposed a marketing plan, suggested virtual furnishing and ultimately achieved a FANTASTIC result in the sale.
We engaged Ela to sell out investment property after having received flyers from her initially about 3 years before we were ready to sell. When we decided to sell I contacted her Ela on Dec 10 2021. Ela advised us what we need to do to ready the unit for sale. She organised painting throughout, new carpets & cleaning of vertical drapes. This was all completed by January 11 2022. Despite the first contract falling through, after a second open inspection we sold for $35,000.00 more than the ‘offer over’ price that Ela had suggested and was all settled 6 weeks later.
