I dealt with Ela for about 18 months before we sold our townhouse unit (due to changes in our circumstances meaning that putting it up for sale was delayed). In that time she has always been extremely helpful - keeping us up to date with the way the market has been changing. Loved her weekly newletters showing other properties she was selling.
