Good communication. Overall key things were promptly followed up but a couple items, probably due to dependence on others parties , were a bit slow.

I dealt with Ela for about 18 months before we sold our townhouse unit (due to changes in our circumstances meaning that putting it up for sale was delayed). In that time she has always been extremely helpful - keeping us up to date with the way the market has been changing. Loved her weekly newletters showing other properties she was selling. Ela has always been very honest about what we should expect in terms of price. The final sale result was slightly over our expectations. She is extremely knowledgable about the unit/townhouse market. Seems to know exactly what buyers want so was able to give us some very good advice on what we needed to repair/replace before selling and which contractors to get in for the stuff I couldn't do myself.
