From the moment I began dealing with Ela Milne she made things so easy for me to sell my investment property. Living interstate I thought would make it very difficult to sell my property. Not with Ela! I strongly recommend Ela for anyone wishing to sell their property.
Ella was wonderful to deal with and knew the market very well!
From open home to putting in an offer to settlement, the whole process was easy and straightforward. The purchase price estimation was great giving me a hood chance of getting the property.
I am very happy with the process I went through with Ela. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She kept in constant contact with me through the whole process and made everything easy for me. I was dealing with several other agents during the initial agent selection process but went with Ela as she wasn't pushy when it came to making a decision and I just felt comfortable with her from the get-go. She was able to achieve a record price in the area with my property and her knowledge of the surrounding properties gave me confidence in the decisions she was helping me make. I am very happy I met Ela .
I offered for house on Saturday and by Monday we entered in to contract. Ela and Michael are very professional. Every thing done very professionally and delivered for me the keys of my dream first home on the day of settlement.
Ela was managing to sell my property in Queensland and she was very friendly and proactive. She is very knowledgeable and has years of experience in real estate and has a great connection in the market which made my selling process very smooth. I would recommend Ela to anyone who is buying or selling properties.
Ela & her team were a pleasure to work with, from the start to the settlement. Constant contact as necessary without being over the top. Easy to get hold of her & her team via phone calls, text messages & emails. Made my life easy.
Thank you to Ela and Michael who made our recent property purchase a smooth and happy experience. We highly recommend Ela and Michael and would love to do business with them in the future.
My property was sold less than a week at the satisfactory price after listed on the market. Appreciated Ela's knowledge and extensive experience that made a huge transaction smooth for me.
Ela was very knowledgable and supportive - I didn’t have to worry about anything. Would definitely recommend.
