As you can appreciate selling or purchasing a property can be a stressful process. Ela made the purchase my townhouse a very simple process. Ela was very professional in her approach and her communication was proactive and consistent. My purchase was under some unusual circumstances with a few things popping up that could have seen the contract fall through however Ela made sure everything was actioned in a timely manner and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.
