I have never been a fan of writing a review for any service providers but this time I asked her first of how to write a review. If you ever need help to sell your property, Ela is the name you need to think of. She was a magnificant communicator for both me and the buyer resolving all the issues in a very time effective manner. I regret that I am not as a good communicator but she did everything for me and more importantly has made the sale gone through. Strong recommendation for anyone who wants to sell their property ASAP at a good price. No hesitation for 5 stars

As you can appreciate selling or purchasing a property can be a stressful process. Ela made the purchase my townhouse a very simple process. Ela was very professional in her approach and her communication was proactive and consistent. My purchase was under some unusual circumstances with a few things popping up that could have seen the contract fall through however Ela made sure everything was actioned in a timely manner and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Ela when selling or purchasing a property.

When I first met Ela I knew right away she was a true professional and is passionate about what she does for a living . I am so glad we listened and took on all her advice and recommendations as our property sold within one week and we achieved the asking price. To add to this Ela is well connected, she facilitated and managed all the improvements (new carpet, blinds, paint) to the property before listing it for sale. It was just so easy for us. If you choose Ela to sell your property you are choosing well and she will yet have another opportunity to do what she does best. Ella and Michael were great to deal with! They were available 24/7 for all enquiries I had in the lead up to putting in an offer. They were very helpful, courteous and exceptionally timely with their responses. The only issue that I had was after purchasing the property a few items in the property were broken or not working as they should. Had I known this, the offer I put forward would have been different. But, like I said, great agent for a seller!
