I am very happy with Eliana's professional, yet humane approach in relation to the sale of the property. Every question was answered promptly and I was offered assistance with locating local vendors to assist with carpet laying etc. The reception I received when obtaining the keys to the property was unexpected, i.e. a welcome ribbon on the door, gift basket and a bottle of celebratory champagne. Eliana is honestly one in a million! From the day we met her walking through our first ever open home, she was welcoming and so so knowledgeable. Followed up continuously throughout the offer process and continued on after, where we got to view our property we ended up buying, through a pre-market viewing. Jacob and I contacted El again two years later to get an evaluation done and the fact she still remembered our faces, the place etc is honestly amazing.
