From the very start Eliana and the whole team at The Property Collective were amazing, motivated, knowledgeable and honest. The support provided through the whole experience from start of sale through to end has been brilliant and I could not recommend Eliana or the team any higher. The market knowledge, their experience, professionalism and enthusiasm shows in everything they do. All the contractors provided through The Property Collective have resulted in an excellent sale result that has exceeded our expectations. Communication has been excellent from start right through to now with updates provided at every turn. If ever I was to buy or sell I would go through Eliana and The Property Collective in a heartbeat. Marketing of the property was brilliantly done and provided an excellent outcome with professionalism shown at every turn. Highly recommend Eliana and The Property Collective Team!! It has made an arduous process very smooth and very easy to work with.

Eliana, was awesome with keeping me updated on the progress on negotiations. She understands what you want and works fairly on behalf of both the buyer and seller. She is honest and transparent. I’d recommend Eliana if you are buying or selling in the future.

They have a different approach, with a team behind the sales that also focuses on social media etc. That worked very well. Knowledgeable people that I would recommend

Eliana was amazing from the get go. We feel like she always had our backs as the buyers; keeping us in the loop with open communication, supporting us, and doing everything quickly and easily. Further, it was clear that she was also doing well for the seller in the advice she was giving and in finding a buyer quickly. It was lovely being able to share the buyer-agent-seller moment together in putting the SOLD stickers on the sign and spraying some Property Collective bubbles. Eliana was professional, clear, and had a great, happy energy. We are happy to have bought with her.

Eliana demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the market. She was professional, proactive, friendly, and relatable. She kept me updated throughout the campaign, and responded to messages promptly. Eliana also facilitated any maintenance works required which was of great assistance to me. Highly recommend Eliana.

Eliana was terrific to deal with. Great, clear and concise communicator with a wonderful work ethic and highly professional approach at all times. Throughout the buying process she ensured we remained well informed and was highly responsive and very quick to return messages. The additional support given by the team was also terrific, assisting with electricity, gas and internet connections etc. Would recommend dealing with Eliana and the team at the Property Collective.

Eliana was recommended to us by another friend, they had only great things to say and we can now say the same! She gave great advise and our property sold quickly, she responded to requests for update and information very quickly. Highly recommend Eliana.

Eliana was lovely, I didn’t feel she was trying to get as much money out of me and was genuinely excited when my offer was accepted on the first place I bid lol. Would definitely use again!!

Eliana has been more than amazing. She walked this journey with us, was patient when we changed our minds, she guided, encouraged and celebrated with us. Choosing Eliana was the best decision we made and we wouldn’t consider going with anyone else.

I am very happy with Eliana's professional, yet humane approach in relation to the sale of the property. Every question was answered promptly and I was offered assistance with locating local vendors to assist with carpet laying etc. The reception I received when obtaining the keys to the property was unexpected, i.e. a welcome ribbon on the door, gift basket and a bottle of celebratory champagne. I was also able to place the sold sign on the advertising board. I can highly recommend Eliana as a professional and understanding real estate agent.

We have known Eliana for a good number of years and as she has sold and purchased several properties for us. We consider that Eliana is an excellent and professional agent. Her approach to costumers is first class and her attention to details and appointments is commendable. We admire her ability to sell properties at surpassing local market values. We would not hesitate to recommend Eliana to anyone considering purchasing or selling properties.

Eliana is great! She had a thorough knowledge of the property she was selling and made the whole process very easy and straight forward. Great communicator and exceptionally friendly, she has been a dream to work with.
