Personal touch

Ellie was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and prompt with her SMS and phone calls. Due to COVID there were pressure of finance (due to current climate circumstance) which was out of the buyer's control and Ellie attempted to mediate the best situation for both parties. We wanted to have the property purchase price "withheld", which was confirmed by Ellie as being possible to complete, but we had to give Ellie reminders as the price was not withheld when viewing online (post exchange of contract). Ellie did make her best attempts to finalise and approve the settlement ASAP, which made it more stressful for the settlement period (based on COVID circumstances). Thanks Ellie for your efforts and hopefully next time we interact, it'll have less COVID stressors.
