First impressions of Eliana were of confident, well presented young lady. Eliana went through the home sale process explaining the auction process in detail, terms of the contract and finances involved. Our decision to engage Eliana was based on her sincerity, the fact that we were not pressured at any point and that she was able to arrange building inspection, conveyancing taking extra pressure off us at a stressful time. The post opening reports were comprehensive and from these we were able to ascertain reasonable market pricing detail. Overall Eliana provided excellent service, her experience level belies her age and we commend her. We highly recommend Eliana and the whole Tuggeranong team for house sales and purchases.
