The Better Real Estate team have been fantastic to work with from day one. We walked in to find happy smiles, lots of staff on site to answer questions and help folks out, a beautifully presented home that the sellers and agent could be proud of, lots of materials that did exactly what was needed, and a vibe that money can't pay for - it's just part of who these people are. My partner and I instantly felt comfortable, like these agents *got it* - that buying a house is a marathon not a sprint, that you've met every slimy agent in the biz, and you've seen every house in the state twice already - and instead of adding to the stress, Eliana and team immediately started taking some of the load. No BS, just nice people doing what they love. We're truly impressed and would absolutely ask them to sell our home when it comes time. As buyers, Better is exactly what we needed!
