Elie was very professional from our first meeting. He knew the market our property was aimed at and had a strategy that worked. His communication and reliability throughout the whole process was excellent. Auction day was easy as Elie and the team knew exactly what to expect from prospective buyers and that's how it played out. We sold, Elie was great and it was an excellent overall experience.

He was always responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Most importantly, he never pressured us to sell just to earn a commission. From the start of the process, it was a bit rocky as we were told that there was already an offer and if we wanted to be considered we’d have to offer more than the other potential buyer. After taking a day or so, Elie informed us the vendor has accepted the initial offer but then it fell through not long after being informed. We were then contacted to make an offer which thankfully was accepted. Towards the end of settlement period, I had contacted Elie to confirm a date and time we could perform the pre settlement inspection however, upon us confirming Elie had forgotten knowledge of when the settlement was taking place. *which is quite unprofessional considering he sold it to us 6 weeks prior*. Thereafter, settlement took place today and we had contacted Elie to collect the keys from his office, to our surprise he would not be there to greet us nor congratulate us for purchase instead we were met with a team who has no idea how to work their way around the office. Elie directed us to speak with another colleague who had no knowledge that we were coming in to collect the keys. We were simply given the keys in a zippable strathfield partners pouch and a little bag. No congratulations gift, nothing. If this is how agents operated it makes me wonder how they even get listings at all.

We were impressed by Elie's professionalism and dedication throughout the sale. He took the time to understand our goals, provided honest advice and managed every stage of the campaign with confidence. His negotiation skills were exceptional and helped us achieve a fantastic price. We highly recommend him.
