My experience with Elisa was very positive. While I was the buyer and she was the seller's agent, she came across as very open and knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and was courteous, responsive and punctual at all times. My one suggestion to her maybe would be to quiz her sellers more carefully about any issues with their properties that should be disclosed to potential buyers.

Elisa is knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to get the job done satisfactorily and she communicates effectively. I would recommend her services without a doubt and definitely would use her services again.
Elisa had a great personal attitude and was always professional and approachable. She was readily available to take calls and promptly answered any questions we had, which made communication smooth throughout the process. Her property presentation was impressive, creating a polished and welcoming image for potential buyers. Unfortunately, there were some notable shortcomings. The marketing video for our property had a few errors, and due to the loss of original materials, Elisa's team was unable to correct them. We were advised to pursue an auction strategy, but this resulted in a final bid approximately 15-20% lower than offers we received before the auction. Moreover, we were encouraged to decline an early offer, which was $40,000 higher than the eventual sale price (the prospective buyer ended buying another Elisa's listing). While we may have turned it down regardless, in hindsight, we would have appreciated more accurate advice, given the agent’s market expertise. Lastly, Elisa's commission and marketing costs were higher than average, but we did not feel the outcomes justified the premium price. Overall, while Elisa excelled in communication and presentation, the strategic advice and final results fell short of our expectations.
