Except for referring an unlicensed and uninsured pest controller to carry out a pre purchase pest inspection, the transaction was easy. Perhaps due diligence should be carried out in the office to ensure that all tradespeople are licensed and insured to ensure that the caliber of the report I received is not repeated. The sales agent was very professional, and when informed of our difficulties was horrified, and could not understand how this person could be accredited to the firm. Apart from that, the after sales help from Elize was exceptional
