They were a refreshing slap to the face when they said they did not want to work with us because our expectations were too high. This caught my attention because I had a lot of trouble with another property I was trying to sell at the same time where the agent I used on that one said It would be easy and we would get the sale instantly for what I wanted and more. However then in the first week of marketing they tried to lower my expectations. Thats why I liked these two. They were honest. They knew I was in a tight spot and needed a quick sale.
