Very disappointed with final outcome! A unique property totally renovated with high end fixtures & fittings! Even a TV show filmed property! To sell after 13months on Mkt was stressful and totally disenchanting! Having sold 4 properties prior within 4wks, my expectations were high! I understand Mkt drop viz a viz interest rates etc. but, I didn’t expect such a long drawn out process!
Ella did an excellent job of negotiating a good outcome for all parties. She is an excellent problem solver and has good attention to detail. I would definitely use Ella again to sell or buy our next property.
