She was very helpful with suggestions on how to present my apartment in the best manner. She kept me informed after every inspection regarding the interested parties and their possible course of action. It was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. Only issue was the price as we were not sure of the market with this type of apartment at the time of the listing. However, a buyer was interested and the sale was made with positive results.
