I found after a few meetings at OFIs that Elliot quickly understood what we were looking for and seemed careful to not waste our time with any house on his books. If we said we weren't interested in a house he wasn't pushy - unlike some other agents in the area - and quickly moved on to the next house for us to look at. I'm not sure you can ask for anything else from an agent.

Elliot sold my apartment in Richmond in early 2015, and I was very satisfied with his overall performance. The sales process did not go according to plan. The market had reservations about the apartment that we did not anticipate, the timing of the eventual sale dragging into the Xmas/holiday period was less than ideal due to flood damage just before the planned campaign launch, plus we had uncooperative tenants to deal with through the inspections. Throughout the whole process Elliot remained enthusiastic, fully committed and was great at communicating progress and strategies. He ended up negotiating a good price - less than we had originally expected, but a great result given the challenges encountered. His market knowledge of Richmond and surrounding areas was excellent, and I'd have no hesitation recommending his services.
