We found Ellis to be extremely professional, easy to communicate with and not full of crap like a lot of other the agents that we originally spoke with. He sold us on what he and Ray White could do for us as far as selling our property, unlike others that were more interested in selling themselves. You hear stories about how the vendor has to high an expectation about their property and the agent has to “condition” them down to the market, Ellis had a higher expectation than we did, and had to "condition" us up rather than down. But he was wrong. With his hard work and dedication we achieved far more than any of us could of dreamt of. The only thing I would suggest is that he change his name to Clarke Kent because he is a true superman.
