Exceeded Expectations

Ellis demonstrated a great local knowledge of sales history in the immediate area that gave a confidence on value of our home that was far greater than our own. This knowledge when dealing with prospective buyers coupled with his suggestion of using an auction campaign, which was not our preferred choice, ended up as I strongly suspect as the winning combination of achieving a result far greater than our expectations imagined and significantly more achieved than what a competing agent had said our top dollar would be. A great experience.
