Our property took a while to sell despite being told the market was booming. The house was placed on the usual internet real-estate market places but when the property wasn't selling there was no other suggestions to help it sell which I thought was the job of the real-estate agent. Overall disappointed as the property sold well under what we expected.
Elsie made the process of selling our home very quick and easy she was very easily contacted and responsive. If we sell in the future we will definitely be going with Elsie and her team. Thankyou for all your help Ray White Baldivis
Elsie was extremely professional and very upfront and honest. I went with Elsie because of her reputation and she did not disappoint. We were able to achieve the price we wanted for our house with a buyer on the other side of the country. Elsie kept us informed through the whole process and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Recently bought house through ray white baldivis. Elsie was really helpful in finding us a nice house. Her knowledge about the area was great and she helped us in each and every stage of buying process. Thank you
Elsie was the agent that acted on behalf of the seller. As a buyer, she's been a great communicator and the sale has been effortless.
We were impressed with Elsie's highly professional and supportive approach to selling our home. Her knowledge and experience is second to none and our home was sold very quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Elsie and her team to anyone wanting great communication, timely responses and excellent follow up.
Elsie was great, we only went looking at approx 15 homes over the course of a day and 5 of those were with Elsie. We very quickly decided on the one we have finally purchased and after a lot of setbacks with finance and things we have never come across before we got there, Patience is the word for both the owner and Elsie because they needed to trust that it would come through as I did as well. I'm happy to say we have our final inspection tomorrow with Elsie and so excited to be finally getting our keys on Monday hopefully if all goes well. Deposit has been put in today for the settlement agent. I would definitely recommend Elsie to anyone. Thankyou again Elsie.
Extremely professional from the moment we signed with Elsie. Has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the real estate in the surrounding areas. Thank you Elsie. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional estate agent.
Elsie and the Ray White Baldivis team are always professional and keep you informed with regular feedback. The team worked hard to get the best price. Thanks to Elsie and Eli for your efforts and for selling our family home.
