Elsie has been satisfactory during the purchase of our home. She has been polite and always pointed out what other services the company can provide. We somehow felt a little undervalued as a customer and always felt a little rushed (appointments always seemed to be single sided). I think it would as a client one would like to feel a little appreciated even if the market is a seller's market. It may be a routine day for an agent but for most buyers it's a life changing decision. Personally i would like agents to offer more advice and insight than just focusing on a sale.
