Initially it seemed that the Little Real Estate staff (Eton Murza and Mark Horn) were supportive and wanted to help. However using "pressure of other purchasers" to rush the sale through (without a full building inspection report) and maximise the price, meant that we have been left with large bills to fix up both bathrooms which were leaking into carpeted bedrooms due to a lack of waterproofing. Also, the new carpet that had been laid (probably to cover the water leakage problems) has been laid on the concrete floor without an underlay. It looked very much like a quick coverup job to maximise the sale price.
