Andrew managed the sale of my beachfront apartment in Balmoral, what had been my home, the birthplace of my youngest son (!) and a home for my mother in her later years. On market knowledge: Andrew demonstrated genuine, granular understanding of the Balmoral 'bubble' submarket from our very first conversation. His assessment of recent comparable sales, the specific features that drive premium outcomes in this strip, and the realistic buyer profiles was detailed and accurate. He understood what would clearly differentiate our property as unique and how to position it accordingly. On communication style: Clear, consistent and timely throughout. Weekly reports were substantive rather than token updates, open home feedback was honest (not just the good news), and he was always available when I needed to talk. He adapted his communication style to match where I was at any given point in the campaign. That also, emotionally, as it was certainly a rollercoaster to get to the finishing line. On negotiation skills: This is where Andrew distinguished himself most. Andrew never pushed me to compromise on my reserve. The result was a sale price above my reserve in a broader softening market, which speaks for his ability to find and convert the right buyers for my property, rather than chasing the first available ones. And, on professionalism: Beyond the commercial outcome, Andrew brought extraordinary emotional intelligence to what was a deeply personal sale for me. The property carried significant family history, and this was never going to be just a transaction. He understood that from the outset, respected the parameters I set around pricing and settlement timing, and gave me the space to make the decision properly rather than pushing me toward a quick one. A rare combination of commercial sharpness and genuine humanity. I recommend Andrew and his team without hesitation.

After extensive further efforts, Adam obtained an offer identical to the earlier offer I had rejected at the top of the price range. I came to realise that Adam’s advice was correct and that he had in fact obtained the top price - twice! Had I accepted Adam’s sound advice, I would have sold my apartment sooner for the same high price . I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
