From the outset, Emily stood out as keen and 'hungry' for the best possible outcome. We met in January 2021, and she kept me continually informed on local property performance, without being invasive or pushy: I liked that she respectfully kept pursuing the opportunity. When a window arrived to sell, it was during a state-wide lockdown: her desire to work through the difficult circumstances (eg show people through 1:1) yet again demonstrated her commitment to achieve a result. I didnt need to sell, but Emily's confidence convinced me to roll the dice. All the way though, Emily calmly coached me though the process and what each step would look like, building continual trust and transparency. She prepared the property with appropriate cost and speed, and the photoshoot results were stunning. The property was on the market just over a week before selling well before the auction date. At one point Emily asked me a 'dream price'. I based it on a property she sent me that had sold 2 weeks earlier but felt that was impossible. Emily actually achieved over and above my 'beyond wildest dreams' price, all the while keeping me constantly informed on progress. I am still stunned, elated and most of all thrilled that my first instinct to choose Emily was correct.

Initially we were reluctant sellers and were not attracted to the rigours of the real estate sales process !! Emilee patiently and empathetically showed us how we could navigate this process with the least disruption but at the same time maximise the potential of our home. Once we pushed the go button Emilee turned around photo's, web listings , brochures, building reports and signage in a flash and with real aplomb !! Not satisfied with electronic media Emilee then put on her running gear and personally walked the streets around our home on multiple occasion's not only dropping leaflets but talking to residents about our home - old school shoe leather !!! Due to Covid inspections had to be one on one by appointment with Emilee spending nearly five hours at our home one particular day showing people through !! After every day she either called or visited us to provide with updates on inspections or queries and discussions. When we were getting nervous she came and sat with us and ran through the strategy giving us confidence that we were on track. In the end she delivered us a sale that was at the top end of our expectations and what more the sale was made to one of our neighbours after Emilee helped them sell their own home all in 10 days !! The funny thing was that during the process we actually came to enjoy having Emilee in our home and chatting with her !! She is a very focussed, intelligent and determined individual who is not frightened of hard work. She harnesses these formidable skills with an easy and comfortable style that makes her highly approachable. We fully trusted the fact that Emilee had our best interests at heart. An expert on the Randwick, North Randwick, Coogee, Maroubra and Kensington area's if I was selling another home in one of these area's she would be the first person I would talk to !!! The old men of Eastern Suburbs Real Estate should be afraid !!!
We gave Emilee a total of 9 days to list, market and sell our Semi in Randwick North so we could be in a position to purchase the property across the Road.
