Any agent can take photos and put a listing online - but to truly maximise the price - and have a stress free selling process - the key is trust. And we had an honest, trusting relationship with Mark and Em throughout the campaign which got us record results - from dealing with tenants, to covering the minute details such as what to get fixed and styling that other agents won’t have time for, to negotiating live bids pre auction and advice on actual auction day.
