To Emily and all the fine staff at Elders Victor Harbor. Several months ago Sue and I began arduous task of looking for our dream house in Victor Harbor . We did the rounds of all the agents , collected brochure attended a few open inspections on different agents recommendations only to find either the agents had not listen ed or were just trying to steer us to what they had on their books. However the fist time I attended Elders the office was just closing for the day but he office staff were very welcoming and forthcoming about what was on their books. A couple of weeks later we made a booking with Emily to view a house . On arrival we were met by this energetic young friendly, yet very professional woman. The house was just what we were looking for and the price very affordable. We advised Emily that we wished to put in an offer and left the rest to her. Over the next few days correspondence went back and forth until all contracts were signed. However it was after this that time that Emily really did Elders proud by constantly keeping in touch with phone calls and texts every step of the way right up to handover. After the death of my father & taking nearly 9 months to clean up his home we sought several valuations from local agents to sell his property.
